Greens of Glastonbury Organic Twanger Cheddar (V)(P)
A medal winning cheese made by the Green family at the foot of Glastonbury Tor.  Rich, full bodied with a lingering finish, Green’s organic Twanger Cheddar is made with fantastic milk from a local organic herd.

Wyfe of bath(V) (P)

Made by The Bath Soft Cheese company The Wyfe of Bath is a farmhouse style cheese made from organic pasteurized cows milk. It is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which is loosely based on a Dutch gouda, however, the Wyfe of Bath is pressed gently so it retains more moisture and has a wonderful buttery finish redolent of the fields of the farm.

Cornish blue (V)(P)

World Cheese Awards Champion 2010. Made from Cows Milk. A Sweet Creamy Full Flavoured Farmhouse Blue Cheese. Handmade in Cornwall Knowle Farm. Suitable for Vegetarians.  Made using the purest of natural ingredients and traditional farmhouse methods with a unique recipe of cultures to create sweet-tasting, full-flavoured cheeses that are so richly creamy and unmistakably Cornish.

Isle of Wight Blue (V)(P)
Isle of Wight Blue is a multiple award winning pasteurised soft blue cheese.  It has a naturally rinded soft blue flavour which intensifies with age.  The cheese is covered with beautiful grey, green and blue moulds which add a distinctive flavour

Baron Bigod (P)
Crafted by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Bungay, Suffolk, England, Baron Bigod is an artisanal cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. This handcrafted cheese uses traditional techniques and undergoes a five-week ageing process. Renowned for its milky, grassy, and creamy characteristics, Baron Bigod delights the palate with notes of sautéed mushrooms and butter.

 

Rædwald
Also produced by Fen Farm dairy Rædwald (pronounced Redwold) is a take on a traditional French Reblochon. It has the crunchy, toothsome rind and smooth oozing paste of a classic Reblochon, but the flavours are a deeply Suffolk experience.  It speaks of briney sea air, smokey bacon, hazelnuts wet from the shell, hidden fungi, mossy bark and the cool weight of woodland air.  The cheese is only available from January to April making it a true celebration of the creamy milk produced in our deep Suffolk winter and early spring.

Driftwood (V) (P)

Made by Pete Humphries at White Lake Cheeses in Somerset.  Driftwood is a fresh, lactic log shaped Goats cheese is ash coated with a distinct lemon flavour and smooth thick texture.
