Greens of Glastonbury Organic Twanger Cheddar (V)(P)
A medal winning cheese made by the Green family at the foot of Glastonbury Tor.  Rich, full bodied with a lingering finish, Green’s organic Twanger Cheddar is made with fantastic milk from a local organic herd.

Wyfe of bath(V) (P)

Made by The Bath Soft Cheese company The Wyfe of Bath is a farmhouse style cheese made from organic pasteurized cows milk. It is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which is loosely based on a Dutch gouda, however, the Wyfe of Bath is pressed gently so it retains more moisture and has a wonderful buttery finish redolent of the fields of the farm.

Long Clawson Stilton (V)(P)
Long Clawson Blue Stilton is an award winning cheese taking home UK Supreme Champion Cheese at the Global Cheese  awards. It is made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago. The perfect Stilton will have the telltale blue veins radiating from the centre and a distinctive tangy flavour. The milk for our Stilton comes only from local farmers ensuring low food miles. Long Clawson is one of only six dairies in the world able to make Stilton due to its PDO status.

Isle of Wight Blue (V)(P)
Isle of Wight Blue is a multiple award winning pasteurised soft blue cheese.  It has a naturally rinded soft blue flavour which intensifies with age.  The cheese is covered with beautiful grey, green and blue moulds which add a distinctive flavour

Baron Bigord (P)
Crafted by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Bungay, Suffolk, England, Baron Bigod is an artisanal cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. This handcrafted cheese uses traditional techniques and undergoes a five-week ageing process. Renowned for its milky, grassy, and creamy characteristics, Baron Bigod delights the palate with notes of sautéed mushrooms and butter.

Keltic Gold (V)

Made by Sue Proudfoot at Whalesborough near Bude in Cornwall. Pungent washed rind cheese, creamy smooth texture and round full sweet flavour reminiscent of French Alpine cheeses. Local cider is used to dip and scrub each cheese three times a week which gives apple overtones to the pate and a distinctive edible orange rind.

Wigmore (V)

This delicate and creamy ewes’ milk cheese is made in Berkshire by the Wigmores.  It is a traditional hand made washed curd cheese made from unpasteurised milk.  It is the winner of numerous awards and has been described as having a “taste sensation of wild flowers, burnt caramel, macadamia nuts and roast lamb” by cheese guru Juliet Harbutt

Rachel (V)

Rachel is a semi-firm goats cheese with a lightly washed rind with subtle sweet and nutty lingering flavours. As the cheese matures it is washed regularly in a brine solution which gives it its pinky rind with occasional neon orange and yellow spots. Rachel is a delightfully fragrant cheese, for those who enjoy a cheese that is not too strong or overly ‘goaty’ on the palate.  Made. by White Lake cheeses in Somerset.
